Submit an event

Events can only be uploaded to the °×С½ãÂÛ̳ Events Calendar if they meet the criteria of being open to the general public, and organised by °×С½ãÂÛ̳ staff.

Guidelines for uploading events to the °×С½ãÂÛ̳ Events Calendar

Events can only be uploaded to the °×С½ãÂÛ̳ Events Calendar if they meet the criteria of being open to the general public, and organised by °×С½ãÂÛ̳ staff. Events open only to °×С½ãÂÛ̳ staff and students cannot be listed on the °×С½ãÂÛ̳ Events Calendar. Please see the public events calendar policy for more details on what event can be included. 

Events need to be published to a departmental Drupal site before they can be added to the Public Events Calendar. Once the event has been published to Drupal, the CAM Events Team will review the request before adding it to the Events Calendar if approved. The Events Team will review and approve or reject the request within three working days.

Event cancellation

If an event you have submitted is later postponed or cancelled please let the events team know as soon as possible so the calendar can be updated.  Please contact the events team on events@ucl.ac.uk or +44(0)2076795209 (internal: 45209).
