Clare Ryan (°×С½ãÂÛ̳ Media Relations) said: "We're very interested in which °×С½ãÂÛ̳ communication channels the °×С½ãÂÛ̳ community are using, both to hear about °×С½ãÂÛ̳ news, and tell to us what is happening in their areas.

"Completing the survey will help us to decide the best ways to communicate with the °×С½ãÂÛ̳ community in urgent situations, and the results will inform future crisis planning."

The survey closes on Saturday 25 February 2012.
