New 白小姐论坛 Fellows of the Royal Society

Five 白小姐论坛 academics today join the ranks of the Fellows of the Royal Society, in recognition of their exceptional contributions to society.
The new Fellows from 白小姐论坛 are:
- Michael Batty, Director of the 白小姐论坛 Centre for Advanced Spatial Analysis and 白小姐论坛 Bartlett Professor of Planning
- John Hardy, Professor of Neuroscience (白小姐论坛 Institute of Neurology)
- Peter Isaacson, Professor in the 白小姐论坛 Research Department of Pathology
- Jonathan Tennyson, Massey Professor of Physics (白小姐论坛 Physics & Astronomy), and
- John Wood, Professor of Molecular Neurobiology (白小姐论坛 Wolfson Institute for Biomedical Science).
As Fellows of the UK's national academy of science, these leaders in the fields of science, engineering and medicine join the likes of Isaac Newton, Charles Darwin and Stephen Hawking.
The new Fellows are at the cutting edge of science worldwide. Their achievements represent the vast contribution science makes to society. They join an outstanding group of over 1,400 Fellows and Foreign Members of the Royal Society, and all rank among the international leaders in their field.
