Description

This module will be taught by design tutors who will conduct introductory workshops. The class and studio work may be conducted in groups of up to 45 students. There will be some individual and / or some group project work. Students on this module are introduced to a range of research agendas, tools, and approaches available on the programme.Ìý

There are a series of introductory workshops in the first term and each student will prepare an individual design workshop portfolio. Students will present their work at the conclusion of the workshops in a review (open jury) setting, where they receive formative feedback.Ìý

Portfolios must then be submitted for examinationÌýfor summative marking.Ìý
